Lauren,
You DO have the very sweetest voice and are friendly to everyone. Over the Christmas Holiday while you were at our home, you must have said “Hi Daddy”, “Hi Mommy”, “Hi Nana”, “Hi Pappa” a hundred times. And each time the voice was the same–like that of an angel. What I think is so precious about this story is that not only is daddy carrying Brayton and Lauren’s reflection “in his eyes”, but both he AND mommy carry both of them in their hearts. Grandpa and Grandmas do too! Love, Grandma Cindy

I knew that when Brayton and Lauren stayed at our house for the weekend, she was ready to be potty trained. She seemed to enjoy standing on the step stool and leaning over the stool just as she had seen her brother do so many times. I tried “sitting” her on the potty seat over the stool but screams erupted only to have her scootch off the potty seat and turn around to lean over the stool again as Brayton does. In fact she seemed almost obscessed with the idea to the point that I had to close the bathroom door to keep her out of there. I’m glad Mommy is taking the time to do this training now. It will be good to not have to buy diapers, right???
